KFAN/St. Jude Team Bass Championship.

    The 2004 KFAN/St. Jude’s Invitational Team Bass Championship will be May 1 & 2 on pool 4&5 of the Mississippi River out of Lake City, Minnesota. The Entry fee is $350.00 per team. The Invitation Letters were mailed January 22nd and the teams have till March 8th to apply. After March 8th the entry will be open till the field is full.     I know day 1 take off is determined by the amount of money that is raised by the team, but on day 2 is that a draw for boat numbers?

    Last year the second day take-off order was determined by what place you were in after the first day. I thought this was a pretty good way to do it.

    What is the payout for this tourney? Do you know how many spots are left?

    I don’t have the numbers in front of me but 1st will be around $5,000 and 2nd around $4,000. I think everyone will agree the payback is prety good. As of noon today we had about 20 spots open.
