Would just like to say Congradulations to my life long fishing partner and Father Bill Cadwell For winning the Walleye Searchers Big Fish of the Year Title with his 8.05lb walleye that I was lucky enough to net for him in a club tourney we got to fish together. Good Job Dad and thanks for everything you have taught me about fishing and about life you are my number one Role model and Hero I wouldn’t of been able to accomplish any of my goals with out your guidence and support
Thanks Dad and Congrats on your big fish title That was mine for the last two years but if someone else has to have it I am glad its you.

Thanks for the kind words guys. That fish came on a 3-way rig with a plain hook in shallow water. I like to experiment and try and learn different things in some of the tourneys. Even did my first ”real” serious using of superdoos in one of the tourneys this year and got my partner hooked on them. It may not be the best time to play around but its a good testing ground. The last tourney my partner played with some big goofy color combinations and lost a big one bringing it up. That being said, it goes to show that big plastics, even in different than normal colors, do catch fish. I experimented with different colored sonars and hair jig colors last weekend instead of my normal colors and caught fish with them. Just goes to show you can’t have enough colors and they will catch fish so when picking up those superdoos, ringworms, K-tails, jigs and sonars don’t be afraid to try some different colors too. So far I have been lucky and nobody has refused to fish a club tourney with me, lol. If a guy like me can experiment and come in 5th place for the year just think what you younger guys with sharp reflexes can do with different colors and kinds of lures. But please let the big ones go if its not going on the wall. Thanks, Bill
