Two questions. Is Rick an IDA member?
Why only 15 boats? Is that the limit or whats the deal?
Rick is a member of IDA and has been for quite awhile.
As far as why only 15 boats, I have no good answer. The entry for this circuit is very reasonable, 3 pools to fish, and a fair payout with all of the proceeds going to the local youth foundation. It seems like a no brainer to me. Get in it. There is no limit on boats, well maybe a 50 boat limit based on the permit I suppose.
It is really a shootout of alot of the best locals though. It is not easy competition. Maybe thats the problem.
