Spaid trolled a bouncer with a crawler in main-lake points in 27 to 31 feet of water to catch his tournament-winning walleyes. He led the tournament Saturday with six walleyes that weighed 15 pounds, 12 ounces. He followed that up Sunday with another six walleyes that weighed 12 pounds to win the tournament by a 2-pound, 9-ounce margin.

Boaters and co-anglers who finish in the top 25 in final points standings in each RCL Walleye League division will advance to the $88,000 RCL League Finals Sept. 6-7 on Lake Okoboji in Spirit Lake, Iowa. The winning boater at the finals will receive an Evinrude-or Yamaha-powered Ranger, Crestliner or Lund boat.
