Chris and his co-angler’s weight was 15.6 lbs. for their two fish. His co-angler that he drew is a Crestliner employee and this was his 1st. tournament so you can imagine how excited he was. Chris found a school of Tubalees [sp] on Friday and Sat. in the tournament he was able to find the school and sure enough some big eyes were close by. The fish were caught on crankbaits. Thanks Bill

Congrats Tuck! Good job putting 2 “overs” in the box.

Here is Tuck and his partner collecting their checks. (Tuck is on the right) Tuck also qualified for several bonus payments, including Crestliner and Garmin.

Congratulations Tuck, one of my old Team Walleye partners for his win at Mille Lacs in the RCL league tourney out of Macs Twin Bay this past Saturday.

My Team Walleye partner after Chris was my son Josh, we fished the Tournament circuit the summer before he left for College. After Josh I hooked up with Chuck Dube for two years as a partner, we fish the now defunct Team Walleye circuit its last year and a few other tourneys together, Chuck won the RCL down in Hastings a couple weeks back.

I’m on the verge of getting a bit superstitious or paranoid. Is somebody trying to tell me something? Chuck wins the RCL in Hastings, Tuck wins the RCL on Mille Lacs, Should I be thinking about Leech Lake? Or was I the one they needed to get away from for their success? He He He LOL

Congrats to both and GOOD LUCK to all at Leech Lake.

Congratulations Tuck! Thanks for sharing the wealth(cap’n and coke) at Castaways. I am glad I got to meet so many people from this site. Well maybe not Chappy!LOL Only kidding Chappy. Thanks for making me feel among friends while I was a long way from home. I caught 3 fish over 27″ that day but only weighed a 16″ for 25th place. Hope to see you at Leech and repay the cap’n! JD

Now I can say I’ve fished with an RCL event winner! Learned a lot about walleye fishing with you over the last couple of years.
Enjoy it, you really deserve it. Congrats!

No problem Jon J. I just read your post ”after” I posted the press release. News is news no matter who puts it up there. Was great seeing EFN people both up on stage and in the audience. Thanks, Bill

Thanks for posting some pics Jon. Once a buddy of mine has a chance to get me the pic software to download on my computer I should be able to be up and running pics so then I’ll post some RCL pics and some of the PWT that was held at Bay City Wisc. [pool 4] too. Thanks, Bill
