Hey Bill… it’s an RCL qualifier? What does that mean?

If you would like an entry sent to you, please call me at (651)345-5035 before 1:00 PM, or you can call me at work from 2:00 PM – Midnight at 651-565-3680 Ext. 5738

We are getting a lot of requsts for entry’s, so I highly recommend getting your entry in ASAP. If you HAVE fished our tournament before, an entry will be to you by Wed. of this week. We are looking to fill out the tournament at 120 boats.

This is an offical RCL tournament. The top Ranger, Crestliner or Lund will be invited to fish the RCL Walmart World Championship this September in Red Wing. There is a potential for winning $300,000 in the RCL Championship. Please feel free to call with any questions.

    Sincerely,

Thanks for the info Jim. I’ve always heard good things about this tournament. Lots of fun and like Jim said a chance to fish in the Championship. Thanks, Bill

Too bad it’s the same weekend as the BB/BS event. Oh well, I guess a guy can’t be everywhere!

I hear ya Crossin Eyes. Seems to be more and more tournaments every weekend and its getting tough not to interfere with another event. Hopefully down the road all gets better. Happy Fishing!

We were in the high 40’s as of yesterday. Normally we just have a few at this time, and almost all are new participants. Our return participants are so high from year to year that we are far ahead of where we ever have been at this time. So hopefully we continue to receive entries in at the rate we are and hopefully fill the full field. Let me know if anyone has any questions. Thanks!

To the people whom have already sent in your entry, I am in the process of sending you all entry confirmation letters and your official boat number. You should be receiving this letter within a week or so. Thanks and keep spreading the word for this tournament. Jimmy Siewert

We are over 50 at this time. Actually had 8 calls today from new people wanting entries. We average 25 boats signing up at the orientation meeting, so the way things are going, we could very well break 100 boats this year, if not fill the total field of 120. I am recommending to all
past participants, and new to get those entries in to assure a spot in this event. Please feel free to call me at (651) 345-5035 with any questins.

    respectfully, Jimmy Siewert

We are currently at slightly over 60 boats as of 7/15, so half the field is taken. Please send in your entries soon to assure a spot in our tournament. Thanks and Happy Fishing

Just a brief update: We are up to 70 boats as of 7/30. We will be accepting entries if spots are available the night of the rules meeting. Thanks to everyone for making this tournament one of the largest annual tournaments on Lake Pepin!

Thanks to all whom have registered so far for this Saturday’s tournament. This will be the last update on boat numbers before the orientation meeting. We are currently at 78 boats. We are still receiving entries in daily and we are expecting over 100 boats this year with a maximum allowed of 120. If you are planning on registering at the orientation, I would recommend being at the Lake City American Legion by 6:00 PM (meeting starts at 7:00) to guarentee a spot in the field. Thanks to everyone whom has made the 11th Annual Frontenac Sportsman’s Club Walleye & Sauger Classic one of the premier local tournaments on Pool 4!!

As of this evening (8/7/03), we are up to 96 boats for Saturday’s tournament. 24 slots can be filled at orientation meeting which begins at 7:00 PM. Your best chance to fill a position would to show up around 6:00 PM. Thanks!
