    All:

I am looking for a co-angler to register with in the Wisconsin ABA Divison 24. If you plan on fishing these events as coangler and need a boater, let me know. Please email [email protected]

Heath and or Rob…Have you fish this circuit before? I was thinking about this, but haven’t heard from anyone that actually fishes it. What could you tell me about this one?

I have never fished this circuit… I generally fish as a boater fishing some of the BFL’s and the Stren when it is in Wisconsin… I guess I figured since I couldn’t fish the complete schedule I would try to get in as a co-angler just to see how things are run and if it is something I would want to do in the future… I know a few guys that were in this last year when BASS was running it and were happy with how thing were run despite the poor turn-out. I think this year could be better since they aren’t over lapping with the BFL… Time will tell..

Thanks, Rob for the reply. I am also a boater on the BFL. Just thought I would look into this circuit. But like I said, never hear much about it.

As for me, I’m not a BASS series fan. But thought they took the right steps and got rid of the combined wieght for co’s….I’m sticking with the BFL. I love the river, and Winneconne is 30 mins away for me….Good Luk…

    DHnitro and Rob:

I have not fished any of these events either. I have friends that competed in the Bass Weekend Series in North Carolina last season. They were pleased with the events and the opportunites this circuit presented them. The events are now being administered by ABA and will assume (only an assumption…right or wrong) events will continue to grow.

I have time early in my schedule in this upcoming summer and thought I would give a few events a try. I love fishing the river and Winneconne ,and those fit in my schedule. I would love to see more pro-am\draw events come to the area. Good luck in the upcoming year fellas. Rob, I sent you an email.

Welcome guys. Glad to see you logged in. So Heath, does this mean we won’t be seeing you at Puckaway this April?

    Dave:

How has the winter been treating you? Nope, I should be there at least for the Frigid. Probably not the “Not So”. After not being able to fish any soft water for the last few week(s), spring can not get here fast enough. Take care and good luck in the upcoming season.
