Fishing License: Iowa and Illinois licenses do reciprocate, however if an angler enters in Iowa or Illinois inland water (river, creek, tributary, etc.) a license from that state is required.
Size Limits: Catch limit-5; Size Limit 14″
Off-Limits: Official Rule #11 and fish release area at the weigh-in site. Tournament waters are pools 18, 19, and 20. Mississippi River Pools 18, 19, and 20 will be off-limits to all competitors September 23-29.
