I know it may be early, but any discussion on having another IDA Bass tourney this year? Not sure if WallerBass/Riverfan and folks plan on having it again or if we thought of moving pools..Thoughts on the subject?
I know Mack and I are looking for another top 10 finish

Ha Ha…good one Kooty. Funny you mentioned 8, because we did finish 8th. There were a lot more than 8 boats though 
I would be interested in fishing this tourney again. It was a well run tourney whin I fished it. Hope to see it on the board again.
Is this the one where you have to sign up and pay a month in advance? Or am I thinking of something else?
Must be something else….MSBC is pay in advance….You can pay day of tourney for IDA 
Last i heard they was looking for someone to run the Bass tournaments. Slop

YES SIR!! I love this little tourney. Ive been part of it for a long time and would think we would have it for sure this year. We have a few things we would change, mostly the location of the weigh-in to make it a little easier on the fish. I dont think we would change pools on this one bc its part of the Hastings River Town Days celebration. Of course I would have to talk to the TOP DOG (James) on it but I would think he would be ok with us (IDA) doing the tourny again. if you guys have any suggestions post or pm them to me. I like constructive critisism!!! slop any ideas? riverfan? plantz? tuck? thanks again to all who attended!! and a BIG thanks to everyone who helped out!!! 
FYI we had 21 boats Just so everyone knows Slop did fininsh in the top half of the field, kicking my butt in my own back yard as I couldnt catch a weigh fish to save my thanks guys Wallerbass

ROGER THAT!! Ill make it happen on my end. I will also try to get the boundry moved farther north on the st.croix. the dates for rivertown days will be the 14,15,16 putting tourney day on sunday the 16th. any questions let me know

I might be able to squeeze that in. I’ve got the Stren Series that week in LAX and if things don’t go well, the BFL that same Saturday in PDC….Sure…why not drive another 3 hours to the landing, sleep in the truck and fish that morning
any idea what entry fee might be? and is this a charity event or pay out? just curious. thanks ike
120.00/ team is the entry fee the tourney is an 80/20 payout. Slop you can crash at my house, its on the way and I bet the wife will even have a good home cooked meal ready when you get there and a bag lunch for the tourney.

Like Slop said, we have a BFL the day before, but don’t count me out just yet. I’ve never fished Pool 4 in July but all I have to do is beat Slop to make sure I’m not in last .
Seriously, I will think about it, but I can tell you it doesn’t look good. I don’t particularly like entering a $120 tournament with no pre-fish especially when I’ve never fished that water that time of year…
