This is not up on the ABA website but will be shortly. Please mark you calendars and come out and see why the American Bass Anglers is the largest tournament organization in the nation.

    2006 Preliminary Schedule

All will launch from Marquette, IA

    May 13
    June 3
    June 24
    July 8
    July 23
    Aug 13&13

Give me a call if you want to talk it over. Let me convince you ABA is the right choice.

If only I lived closer then 3 hours away. I had a great time on Pool 10 last weekend. The best fishing I have had in a long time. My partner and I had 20 Keepers in a two day tournament. For my first time on that pool I was impressed.

Tennispro- I saw on another post you fish 13 and 14 some also, and you live pretty close to the Quad Cities. Ken has an ABA district that fishes 11,12 and 13 and there is a ABA district down further that fishes 14, 16, 17 and still another on 18 and 19. These are all ABA districts- if you pay the member fee (20 bucks) you can fish any of these tourneys. Many of them are on sundays, allowing more time to get there at times. Ken runs a good tourney, and we have lots of people who fish some in several districts. Also, If you get the bug during the winter you can go south and fish Ozarks, Wheeler, Guntersville, Toho, etc as well. You should give Ken a call or visit the website- http://www.americanbassanglers.com to see if you might be interested. If you fish any 4 1 day tourneys and a 2 day you can qualify for nationals and (more importantly??) get your name in a drawing for a fully rigged triton x series boat worth over 40 grand (need not be at nationals to win) You can pm me too, if you want more info. Thanks for the nice words, JJ and congrats on winning AOY in your district.

Just one quick correction membership is $25 for a calendar year.

Please anyone that is considering the ABA give me a call that is what I’m here for. Evenings work best for me (after 5:30) but OK to call during the day too if that is only chance you have.
