Upcoming ABA Tounament on Pool 11

Hello again,

I posted our schedule soemtime ago, but the countdown is now on. Less than a month to go to the first tournament for the East Iowa district of the American Bass Anglers. The first tournament will launch out of Mud Lake ramp on Pool 11 about 6 miles north of Dubuque on April 25th.

For those not familiar with the ABA. We are still new to this area, but the largest tournament organization for non-professional anglers. Our tournaments are Draw format but if you bring your boat you are guarenteed to use it.

Entry is $55/person and yearly membership of $25. This mambership allows you to fish any district in the nation and the points count toward the total.

I would recommend this circuit to anyone interested in fishing some extra tourneys- good group of guys, competitive and if you do well at nationals a “free” boat! Very flexible for qualifying, lots of districts to choose from and use your 4 best 1 day and best 2 day for national standings

Just a reminder the district seasons begins this Sunday the 25th. Launch is first light (apprx 5:40am). Late registration is from 4 to 5:10am.
