Seriously, A one day 9:00- 2:00 IDA Sheaphead Tournament on pool 5 at Alma would be fun. Same rules and entry fee as the other IDA Tournaments just shorter hours with bring in just one fish per team with 80% payback to the top 3 teams. Other 20% goes to the website. Could be different and fun.
    Thanks, Bill

    Hey Bill,

your right, that does sound like it could be fun…….with all the GREAT sheepie catchers out there it could be quite interesting. i think you may have to lower the entry fee just a bit to get enough interest ($20 or so), but other than that i think we should try it.

you spose we need a premit to run a tourney like this

Probably would need a permit. Would be great for father/son teams to get the younger one out on the water for a fun tounament with Dad. Or bring your wife or girlfriend or best buddy. Any interest?
    Thanks, Bill

I wouldn’t mind a sheepie tourny but i would have to say it should be at pool 4. I think it would be a sucessful tourny as long as you have a low entry fee and a decent pay out.

I would definitely be in on pool 4. I do agree it should be a lower entry ($20-$40).

alright after all the nagging and whining I have heard from my father this past week about wanting to fish this SHEEPHEAD tourney and him wanting me to fish it to I guess I would be in also $40.00 entry fee on Pool 5 man you got to love the sheephead they have down there

Gator, pool 5 has alot bigger sheepies.
As for Nate, see what happens when a Dad takes a lesson from his kids [nagging and whinning]. He gives in and will fish it.
    Thanks, Bill
