Hi everyone me and a buddy are thinking of starting a small bass club/running a weekly tournment on tuesday nights on pool 8 at the landing under the i90 bridge. It would start around 5pm depending on what would work for most guys and fish untill dark. It would be 3 fish $15.00 entry fee and maybe a $5.00 big bass pot if we had atleast 5 boats to start i think this would be alot of fun and a great oportunity to learn new fishing techniques and patterns. If anyone would be interested post back also include any sugestions you may have

I think it is worth discussion. There are a couple of groups that do this on Pool 7 and 8. I’m sure we will hear any input from them.

Rumor as of about a month ago there was going to be a tournament out of Tri-State Bait and Tackle on Tuesday nights taking off from below the I-90 bridge. Maybe that has been scrapt?

this has been done in the Wloo-cedarfalls area for a number of years–cedar river and lakes in the area–one fish only–and lots of fun for the buck

So I got the scoop on the tuesday night events out of tri state they are only one fish and 80% payback. I still like the idea of 3 fish and maybe using the landing on french island by the airport, guys could go on pool 7 on the lake or on pool 8 as they are only yards apart any more input is wellcome
