So after the last year not going to the bars, my touchtunes account has sat there inactive. I would have sworn I had a bunch of credits out there. But last weekend I pulled up the app, selected a song and saw I had zero credits! Curious if my credits expired after not using them? Anyone else seeing this?
In all fairness, I could very well have used them all up. Just seems weird I don’t recall getting the email or prompt telling my I ran out.

Not sure about expiring credits though.
I know I load up at the begging of the night and when I wake up the next morning and i’m empty.

Mayhaps sending an email to their customer service would get you reimbursed? Saying with bars shut down and whatnot you were unable to use them. May be worth a shot, however they may be getting inundated with those same complaints….

The jukeboxes everywhere has. You can do everything from your phone. Instead of putting money in the machine you just buy credits on your account that you can use anywhere.

I’ve gotten carried away a time or two as well.. FW will ask me how in the hell I spent $80 on music… I just tell her she shoulda been there! 
Now I just limit it to 1 purchase per weekend. Especially since they upped the price..

If nothing else, download the APP and open an account. When you go to a bar you can see what has been recently played and what the most popular tunes are at that bar. Will give you an idea of what the place may be like.
Also fun to have an Entry or Exit tune. Nothing better than Metallica as you are leaving the county bar at 2am.
