I just bought a used 2005 Pro Sport 1600 in the Forest green color. Nice looking boat except for the guy that owned it before me scratched the heck out of the boat and motor. Is it better to get touch paint from an auto paint supply store or is there better places to get paint? Also any tips on how best to apply the touch up paint would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time for any replies.

Go to a body shop and ask them to color match it and mix up some touch up paint.

As far as scratches on motor I would just try to rub them with compound and than polish it. For the boat I would air brush the scratches in it. Make it look good from the road and it will look good.
    Good luck!
