Tired of panfish

    Hello all, looking to get out on the ice tomorrow, I am located in Rochester, am looking for a place to go within an hour that will produce some fish with size… Walleye or Pike preferably. Any info or advice is greatly appreciated. Feel free to PM me.

    Any lake, punch lots of holes all along the weedline with a rattling silver anything always puts out pike. Livebait has been awful for me this year.

    In 7′, her first drop of the rattle spoon down and saw the pike slash at it, didn’t believe her until it came back 3 seconds later and smashed it again.

    Head East young man, the Mississippi awaits you. Lots of big, toothy critters to test your skills. And you have your choice of water type: hard or soft (sort of).

    Faribault is another option. Some good walleye lakes in that area.
