Well, time to do the scent free wash down for me. Sorted all my close by season last weekend. I’ll do the scent free wash. Then hang in the garage and douse with Scent killer gold. I’ll let dry overnight then pack in the tote. One step closer to being ready.

Should I drop off a dirty diaper to throw in that tote? )

Please do. And drop in a couple of dryer sheets so his clothes are all downy soft!

My father had all his hunting stuff stacked up in the laundry room a few years ago, he was going to run it through with no-scent wash. Ma saw the pile and here was her chance to give all that dirty hunting stuff a good cleaning. Filthy stuff is probably full of blood and dirt.

So she dumped in in the washer with a double dose of Daisy Fresh Tide with Lemon and Lavender. Then she took it out and threw it in the dryer with 3 dryer sheets!

His clothes smelled like a French whorehouse at midnight. He said he could have hosed the whole pile down with Old Spice just to make it smell less. His scent cone would have covered a 56 mile area. It took 3 washes to kill of the smell.

And that is why I do the laundry when Ma is out of town.
