When my T&T stopped working I started at the motor and worked my way from there.
Take motor hood off.
Find where hydraulic motor gets power. Disconnect and hook up to a spare battery, I used a vex battery. If that works, then you can start inching your way through all electrical failures that send power to the motor.
Many years ago my trim didn’t work on my 2001 90 hp Merc after taking it out of storage. Someone on Ido suggested whacking it with a rubber hammer. That worked! Although I don’t think that’s your problem.
Couple years ago the switch on my motor when out. Replaced switch and good to go.
Basically you’ll need to do what fbrm suggested. Find out where you are or aren’t getting power.
