Last year we bought a Redneck soft sided blind. I put it up last fall used it all fall and loved it! After the season in December I took the soft sided cover off and stored it in the cabin for the winter. Last weekend I brought it back out to reinstall in on the hardware. After getting it all put back on I couldn’t get the door zipper to open. I tried everything and there was nothing jammed in the teeth. All the other zippers worked perfect. I emailed Redneck for a possible suggestion and they emailed me back “which pattern of blind was it and what is your shipping info, we will send you a new cover”. I haven’t got the new cover yet cause the email was yesterday, but if they truly send me a new cover no questions asked that is amazing customer service in my mind.
