I just drove past the back channel. Its -2 degrees in hager city. The back channel is 3/4 froze over and there is a boat inspector just hanging out at the launch. Sad thing is he was there yesturday also lol

Told him if the DNR is going to manage the limits based on public surveys and not scientific data… Fly a kite.

So determining fish catch and harvest rates would not be good data to have to use in conjunction with netting data?
