Enough positive things can not be said about Dean, Cal, Justin, Brian, Eric and the rest of the SBC crew. Picked up our MX2025 today and to say that I have never been through a delivery process like today would be an understatement. Thank you again and can’t wait to get it on the water!

I’m glad it fit and I was honored to have the opportunity to help walk you and the family through the boat. I’m sure you guys will be making many great memories in it for years to come!

What? You didn’t punch a hole through the back wall of the garage with the motor?

No, but I am really glad Dean told me to check the height of the motor when backing in! I won’t mention who had the unfortunate circumstance of finding out the hard way that the motor was a bit tall for their garage door. whistling

Out of personal curiosity, how deep is your garage?

Out of personal curiosity, how deep is your garage?

The left side that the boat is on is about 25′ drywall to garage door. The side that the Z4 is on is about 45″ shorter due to steps/platform, a closet, and some additional storage. It is long enough to fit our former 2005 Suburban though.

How much of that 25′ do you have to spare?

With the motor down and the swing tongue in a stored position, the rig can be cut to just under 23′. Tight, but comfortable enough for me to do it. There won’t be any rushing to put her back in the garage like the old boat. I will definitely be taking my time to prevent any mishaps!

I really wanted this boat for the growing family. When Dean sent me pictures of it with a tape measure, it was a done deal. FYI: I think you run a Sequoia. We have a 2004 and it did better than I had anticipated. We will see how it does with all of the gear in the boat and in the SUV for a long trip this summer. Until then, I am keeping my fingers crossed!

I do. Mine’s an ’01. I’ve pulled my B-I-L’s 20′ Mastercraft inboard ski boat–I think it’ll tow your Skeeter just fine. I’m not in the market now, but like you, I have a young family. I need to measure my 3rd stall. )
