I’ve had good luck buying used phones on ebay. Usually almost a quarter of the price.

Totally agree. I’m fine with not having the current “latest” model. Only issue is that I like Samsung phones, but the S7 had the battery issue so now the only option is either a pretty old S6 or a new S8.

I have to use Apple products at work and all I can say is I’m SOOOO glad we cleansed our house of all Apple cr@p a few years ago. Of course, I look 27% less cool when posing in hipster coffee shops because I don’t have an iPhone, but I figure I’m already 54% cooler than the average hipster so I’m still ahead.

Actually the Samsung Galaxy S7 has never had a battery issue that I know of. It was the S7 Note. I researched this before I bought one. Galaxy S7 has an incredible camera. I take pictures at night frequently and it does amazing! Day time action shots are also amazing.

In my line of work I have gotten to take pictures with nearly every phone made in the past 10 years. Even the best IPhones (haven’t tried the IPhoneX yet) can’t hold a candle to the Samsung Galaxy S7 camera. Picked it up on EBay, in like new condition for $150.

I got a Samsung edge 7 as well and my Apple wife is mad at the quality of pictures mine takes.

I’d love to upgrade, but I’d hate the extra payment on our bill. I’ll wait for another generation before upgrading.

November 4 we won’t need to worry about it any more? Seen it on the internet. Shutting everything down that’s elctronicly controlled. Practice was on Twitter. LOL.
