    Classy…..

I don’t wish harm on a single NFL player.

Sad to see people make jokes about it.

Nobody wants to see anybody hurt. However, if that is the O line Green Bay has he will get knocked around like a Pinata.

Well no surprise Deshon Kizer was a disaster. The curse from the Cleveland Browns.

    Big surprise…Rodgers back out there.

Hope they didn’t load him up with opioids? shock

It’s been a great game. It would have sucked for packer fans if he was out. I’m a vikes fan but I have to say even I would be disappointed to see him hurt bad. I enjoy watching him play. That said, SKOL!

Heck of a game but gotta admit I’m not looking forward to putting a hobbled Rodgers out there against the Vikings next week. They will need a great game plan to have a chance against that D right now.

Green Bay’s Defense has started to improve some. I Like the young db’s ok. Clay Matthews is so done and almost lost the game for them.

    What a season opener applause

Glad to see Rodgers able to come back right away, looks like he’ll be stiff for awhile, but it was also fun to see his quick game. Like watching a good dart player mrgreen The Pack needs to keep that in their back pocket.

I hope next week is as fun to watch.

I thought I heard the announcers say they’d never seen a player get carted off and then see them return to the game to play.

I think the Packers greatest worry would be the backup QB situation. Kizer turned the ball over twice in what was it, 2 possessions?

Go ahead and make your jokes. He is 34 yrs old and fragile. I suppose after playing against 2 back to back hall of famers for all these years viking fans have to get there jibes in when they can. I love the border battle and it’s all in good fun !

    Who’s joking? I wasn’t.

The only joke here is Deshon Kizer as a viable back up to Rodgers. sad

    Note to Bears coach

There are 4 quarters in a football game not 2.
That has got to be the worst coaching job I’ve seen in years.

I’ve also never seen a Defender miss an interception as easy as the one that was dropped at the end of the game

That’s funny because it’s true! The Bears gave that one away, but man Rodgers is just on another level even on one leg. I’d bet he has a torn MCL, and will either need to try and play the whole season on one leg (not wise for someone who just signed a $134M contract) or shut it down for a large portion of the season and be back for the playoffs (which I doubt they’d make with a long stretch of Kizer at QB).

I’m no doc but what I saw was a tear in his MCL.

And the only way you go out an play again is after getting a shot right in it. It’s one of those injuries they can continue to shoot up and the pain will be tolerable for him. With that said, the MCL is there for a reason and holds together the inside of the knee. One hit to a weak MCL leads to a torn ACL.

Torn MCL & Vikings D next week = Play your back up and take a 1 game loss, not 11 more the rest of the season.

I highly doubt they put him back out there with a torn MCL. A torn MCL would probably be a season ender.

Can’t believe Fuller dropped that interception at the end of the game, what a toad.

I turned on the game when it was 20-3 and immediately the Packers scored. I turned to my wife and said, “These are the kinds of games that the Packers always win, I don’t even need to watch it. It will be just like that Packers/Lions game a few years ago.”

I don’t know how a throw to a completely stationary Cobb in the middle of the field for 10 yards turns into an 80 yard TD though. Daaaaa Bears.

A torn mcl would’ve had a much bigger brace on it. He looked like it was a small wrap. I understand purple fans not wanting him to play next week. If thats how he plays when hes not angry imagine how he will play when he is.

Most likely a mcl sprain. Usually a 2-4 week recovery. He will probably be hobbled the entire season with maybe some increased mobility after the bye.

Thing is Rodgers can be amazing when forced to play from the pocket. The offense gets into a rhythm and becomes a quick strike offense.

Actually, we want Rodgers to play the whole game. If he doesn’t, we’ll have another year of Packers fans trying to blame the Vikings “dirty play” for making them into the mediocre team they are even when Rodgers is playing.

Rodgers was a great QB, no doubt. GB was lucky to have him all these years, no doubt he’s HOF bound. However…

If (more like “when”) the Vikes D gets to Rodgers next week, I honestly hope he DOESN’T worsen the injury. Otherwise, we’re going to have to endure another season of the Green Bay Whine, Cheese, and Conspiracy Club meetings every Sunday until the end of the season.
