    St croix river valley near osceola gets like that to. What is really cool is being out in it and watching it go away. If conditions are right it will form 100s of small funnels and suck the fog off the river.

    It is very cool. Prehistoric comes to mind for some reason. Need to spend plenty of very early mornings in the river valley to get a chance to see them.

    I got caught out on Lake Superior in fog once….not a good time.

    Your picture is great Len. I can almost smell those apple blossoms.

    Some of my most memorable fishing and hunting memories were gotten during foggy conditions. I love sitting in a deer stand when the fog rolls in.
