    Woah, cool. I assume you tried to get on and get a tour in RW? What did they say?

    I wasn’t watching closely but there was at least two bus loads of folks dropped off at her open bow shortly before she left.

    Were any of them under 60? ) I watched a few promo videos and not a under 60 in sight. The wife and I are interested, mainly for town seeing and the experience. But at this point I would rather drive the route for 3 weeks if there isn’t much to offer on the boat for young whipper snappers!

    No I didn’t ask. Just reading post from others. It was across the river for pete’s sake!

    Remember they travel at night so you would miss many of the river towns. If you don’t want to look for a motel each night, want your food, laundry and everything else you can think of taken care of not to mention an open bar, it’s pretty hard to beat it.

    On the other hand, driving yourself you save enough money out of that $9 grand to hire a few guides along the way and still have enough money to take your FW out for dinner when you get back. )
