Was out last weekend with Adam Rasmussen on the Wisconsin river. The weather was supposed to be 60 and sunny, we got 45 and cloudy (weatherman was wrong, LOL) Still, Adam put us on fish. It was tough but we caught a few, nothing big but a lot better than I would have done in post-cold front conditions.
Adam taught my wife and I a lot about that section of river. He was very knowledgeable, personable and respectful. He worked his butt off and made the day enjoyable. You can’t beat a good guide to help learn a new body of water. We would not hesitate to hire him again.
FWIW: I did catch the largest fish (24 in. catfish LOL).
