Bought my wife a new gun for her birthday. She will be getting her permit to carry soon. Of course there is no .380 ammo in my area. I will be in the Bloomington area this weekend for a hockey tournament. Is it dry around there as well?

Fleet Farm has been pretty good except for .22LR, as well.

If coming in from the Alex area, I’d hit every MegaMart on the way to Bloomington.

    1. New Gander Megamart at Rogers.
    2. Cabelas at Rogers
    3. Gander Megastore in Eden Prarie at HWY 5 and 494.

If nothing’s there, you could try the Gander in Woodbury or the Fleet Farm in Oakdale.

Gander in Wdbry and Fleet in Oakdale have had good stocks of handgun ammo. Gander in EP, had a good supply but I have not been in there since January.

Being you’re in LE too. Stop in at Striechers in Plymouth and get some.

I confirmed Gander in Woodbury is flush with ammo. At least 3 different brands of .380 Two of which are target. They had everything except .22
Their prices still suck. Whenever possible I advise to order ammo online from someplace else but its nice to know its available locally in a pinch.

I found a 250 pack at Gander in the west metro. Thanks.

I shot my .380 yesterday. That damn thing is frightingly accurate. I’m sure its because of the small sights but where I can hit the head with my big guns I can shoot the eyes with the LCP.

Now that I bought my wife one, I kind of want one. Have you put a belt clip on yours? I might get one for my LC9.

You guys suck. I think one might need to “appear” in my safe.

Come on guys. Do I have to break into this 380 Love-in again to point out that, as everyone on the interweb claims to know, the 380 is NOT enough gun. For anything.

As everyone on the interweb who hasn’t shot the 380 knows, it doesn’t have enough “knockdown power”. You guys should upgrade. To what? Well, something with more “knockdown power”, whatever that is.

Personally, I’m using a .375 H&H revolver. Now, I have to admit I haven’t actually shot the thing. The idea of doing so scares the [censored] out of me. However! The point is that I’ve got the knockdown power that you guys are missing, so when the first drug-crazed perp crackhead gang-banger steps across my threshold trying to rob my family, boy is he gonna get it. He isn’t just going to be dead, he’s going to be deader than dead.

You may now resume your 380 love-in.

Just remember that you don’t feel the recoil when your shooting at an animal.

I have a nice leather pancake snap holster that keeps it secure but I hardly know its there. Bianchi 7 LCP stamped on holster. Works best with a light belt and not a holster belt. I use a 1″ nylon belt.
