With Christmas gifting about wrapped up, I couldn’t resist going to the Boyd’s website and getting a replacement stock for my Tikka T3 Lite (Merry Christmas to me!). Here’s what they look like with a Boyd’s Classic installed.

I’m sure impressed with Boyd’s ordering system! I was told on the website that with custom work there’s a 7-14 day delay in shipping. I ordered the stock last Monday and I had an email by Wed. morning that my item had shipped. I received the stock Thursday afternoon!
All I had done was the checkering (Stipple #1) and since I bought this rifle for elk, I had a laser elk engraving put on it too. It’s hard to see in the picture but it’s there. That’s the second time I’ve had my order arrive within 3 days of placing it online!
Next on the list…… the Mossberg ATR 100 .243 is going to get a thumbhole stock. Hoping by the end of January.
