Found a cool free ballistics app for Droid…

    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.borisov.strelok&hl=en

    — Enter all of your gun/cartridge specific info… Also enter your scope make/model (or more specifically your reticle type) and it will not only calculate all ballistic data but also give you a screen shot on holdover, etc…

This attached shot is an example of my .243 with leupold B&C reticle. 315 yard shot with a 7mph 90 degree cross wind. I think the purple “11” is how many horizontal clicks to get the right windage.

FYI… Thought it was cool, potentially handy.

That’s cool. I use an app called spot on by Nikon. It cost five bucks but works well.

A good friend of mine uses this same app.

A few others that we use and depended on for hits past 1760 yards

Shooter from Litz – (a dandy) my fav
Bullet Flight – Military version from Knight’s Armament
    Sierra Ballistics – from Sierra

Just remember any program is as only good as the info used in the setup. Once tested on a course at multiple ranges and corrections in velocity and other factors are made, the info is then saved and a hard copy printed off and laminated as well to use when your cell signal sucks or in a down pour.

Spot on is free on internet. I made a chart and tapped it to my gun stock.
