I’m not a walmart guy but had to go there today to get a car product Target no longer carrys. While there I notice they have some pretty good prices on ammo so I figure to pick up a box. Two associates, two pages and 10 minutes later they couldnt find anyone with a key. A$$hats. I left.

Walmart is tough to beat for ammo prices when they have what you need and you can find someone to unlock the case.

I went through the same thing last summer…. for a 50 count box of .22 shorts!!! C’mon…….

Actually, I haven’t been impressed with WalMarts pricing lately. On shotgun ammo, yes. Rifle ammo…. most of the time I can do better elsewhere. Other retailers have sales. WalMart never does and you can’t be the cheapest on everything….. I’m told…..

Got some practice rounds there for $4.48/box last fall and I can get my 28gauge ammo for $11.97 vs. $17.00 or so. If only I could find some cheap 16’s…….

I’ve bought 16’s at Walmart for $7 or $8 a box. Not a ton of selection, but they usually have 6 and 7.5 shot.
