Well it has been a couple months since I posted that I bought my first pistol, at that time I was happy hitting a 10″ pie plate with 12-15 of 17 rounds at 30 feet.

I have been shooting every chance I can and my accuracy has improved by leaps and bounds. I also took the handgun fundamentals class at Gander in Lakeville which was very basic but the instructor(military and 20+ yrs as a MN trooper) corrected one little flaw in my grip which improved my shooting even further.

This target was 5 – 17 round mags at 25 feet and is a standard 5 spot target that I bought and used at Bill’s in Robinsdale. I think the black is about 4″ across.

I have been practicing with snap caps and really just focusing on the mechanics and consistency when I am at the range.

The more I shoot my 92 A1 the more I want to.

Looks like you threw one in the bottom left.

    Very nice!

Yeah I knew it as soon as I pulled the trigger that I threw that one wide….I was kinda bummed after shooting 3 mags and keeping them all in the black, I tightened the 5th one back up though.
