Springfeild XDm or Smith & Wesson M&P

    Just looking for opinions on these 2 guns in. I am going to buy either the XDm or the M&P carry/range in .40 cal. Both come with similiar cases and assesories. I have shot the XDm in both the .40 and 9mm and liked the gun and am leaning that way. Has anyone shot both these guns and like one or the other more and why? Thanks for your opinions.

    I have a XDm .40 cal and I love it. A buddy of mine had a S&W M&P, he traded his in on a Glock. And I still like mine over both of his. XDm has a better fit to me.

    I’d handle (and shoot, if possible) both and see which feels better in your hands. They’re both fine guns–just a matter of fit. Let the gun choose you

    In all truth. Let howit fits and feels to you decide. As for the two you have mentioned I prefer the M&P.
