Scope mounts for Benelli M1?

I just bought a rifled slug barrel and I want to mount a red dot scope. What is the best way to go? I have seen the saddle style mounts, but I am worried that they allow too much movement. Does anyone have that setup? Am I better off getting it drilled and tapped?

i vote for drilling/tapping… put a rail on it and then get a quality sight. no sense in getting one that you can bump around. unless you dont hunt like me and never bump your gun.. =-)
