CVA endorses IMR White Hots as it’s “Recommended Propellent”

CVA has announced that it will officially recommend IMR White Hots brand propellant for all of its muzzleloading rifles. To publicize its confidence in the IMR White Hots, CVA will include a brochure in all 2010 gun boxes that will detail the many advantages of the White Hots propellant. With CVA selling more muzzleloading guns in the USA than any other manufacturer, this is indeed a powerful endorsement for this new IMR product, which was just introduced to the market in 2009.

“Over the past year we have been testing IMR White Hots against all of the other pelletized propellants on the market and we have found it to be by far the best all-around performer in our guns,” stated Dudley McGarity, CEO of Blackpowder Products, Inc., owner of the CVA brand. “It only makes sense that we’d want to encourage our customers buy load components that have been proven in our own testing, as this assures that their CVA gun will deliver its highest level of performance. And good performance makes for happy CVA customers,” McGarity continued.

CVA, a division of Blackpowder Products, Inc. and America’s #1 selling muzzleloading brand, offers a wide array of innovative hunting products – all at unmatched values. The company’s USA headquarters in Norcross, GA, handles all distribution. The guns are made at BPI’s ultra-modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Northern Spain, a region rich in European gun-making heritage. BPI is an industry leader in muzzleloading rifles and accessories, hunting rifles, hunting and shooting accessories and shooting components. BPI markets several popular brands, including CVA®, PowerBelt Bullets®, Bergara Barrels®, QuakeÒ Hunting Accessories and DuraSight® Scope Mounting Systems.

2 of my hunting partners switched over to White hots last season. They were both really happy with the results. I just did not have the time to try them and I have way to much triple 7 to use up first. I will be giving it a try next season for sure.
