just got my new gun and sighting it in shoots high and the sights are all the way down wondering can a person move the rear sight back closer and would that help things out? the rear sight seems to be just cliped on not sure is there epoxy under them or not? thanks

I would think that you would have to lower the back site to bring your shot down. I dont know how you would do that though.

I would have to look at my gun, but wouldn’t you have to raise your front sight to shoot lower?

Yes, if you can adjust the front site, bring it up. With a fixed sight on the front, then yes, you would want the rear sight lower, for a lower point of impact.
