Been looking to pick up a few boxes of each but don’t need a second mortgage. Has anybody seen decent prices on either? Two metro Wally worlds are sold out and they were the only decent prices I know of. They do have a good deal on .22 Bricks though! 3 brands all less than $15 where as Sportsmans is $17-$25 for bricks who are they trying to kid?

Learn to reload your ammo. It’s way cheaper. A few of us on here do it and would help you get started.

Reloading is most likely the best route to go both for expense and quality. But for those who don’t have the time or interest, or the capitol to begin reloading, you can find deals.

Use http://www.gun-deals.com to find good deals. Click the ammo link and enter your zip code. Very good source to find ammo from different retailers.

Same one yes. Odd but both links took me to the same place. But if you look around that place will give a guy ideas of places to get ammo from one may never knew existed.

I’m keeping my fingers crossed about the millions and millions of rounds of ammo that SHOULD be in surplus in the next 18-24 months if these bozos find someway to finish Iraq and Afghanistan. There are OOODLES of rounds of .223, 45 ACP, 9MM and who knows what else over there just waiting to come home. Imagine being able to buy 1000 rounds of 9mm for $90 again. May never happen but oh if it would!
