    Hi!
I made a big mistake and shot my muzzleloader too many times in between cleaning. I now have a stuck load in the barrel that will not budge! Does anybody have any tips on to how to remove this load safely, I already have the barrel off. Thanks!

Can’t you unscrew your breech and push it through. That is what I normally do. Same thing happens when you get moisture on your powder.

I tried removing the breech and trying to push it all through, but it wouldn’t budge.I had to soak the barrel in warm water to render the powder useless and safe. Then I screwed on a bullet puller and screwed it into the top of the ball and pulled it through. Worked great! Lastly, I brushed out all remaining powder and cleaned the barrel thoroughly. I guess you DO learn something new everyday!

Go to a gun shop buy some Kroil. That is the name of it and pour some down the barrel. Then try to push it out. We use the to lube parts on ak builds be for we press them out. If you can’t find any in the metro I have a bottle of it laying around.
