Anyone shoot or own this gun? Wondering what your thoughts are on this rifle. Price seems right for the average rifle hunter.

I have 700 I bought last year, in 30-06, but not in stainless. I put a Nikon Buckmaster on it, and dropped a doe at about 210 yards. I like it

My Remington ADL 700 in 30-.06 put 4 shots into the same hole at 100 yards. Thought I kept missing after the 2nd and 3rd shot. I use Remington Core lock ammo in the 165grn.

If I can butt in Scotty.

Great open country Elk caliber…it will rock your world with 200 gr bullets though…After 45 years of Coyote, Deer, Bear, and Elk hunting I have a four rifle battery…

Rem 700 LSS .280…160gr Partition Wtails, Muleys, Elk
4.5X14X40 Leupold 30mm scope (open country out west etc…)

    Rem 700 CDL 7mm08…120gr Antelope, 140-150gr Deer
3X9X40 Leupold (my favorite woods Deer outfit)

Winchester 94 Big Bore (angle eject)… .356 Win
This heavy cover deer/Bear/Moose rifle is very accurate and hard hitting with 200gr slugs.
It carries a straight 4X Weaver scope.

Tikka SS lite .243… Deer and Predators at long range
    6X20X44 Nikon scope

I reload and all these(except the .356) shoot 1/4″ MOA groups at 100yds and more…ALL HAVE VERY MILD RECOIL…and kill very well. I shoot them well because of the mild recoil.
