I recently acquired a Marlin bolt action .22. I think it’s either a 7 shot or 9 shot clip. It is a Ducks Unlimited gun, with a medallion on the bolt side of the butt. The gun has never been fired. Does anyone know an approximate value?

Darn work firewalls. Any way you can copy it? I just moved, and don’t have internet access at home yet. Darn cable companies

I cannot find anything to find out how old this gun actually is. Would a gun shop be able to look at it and tell me? Not that I’m holding onto a $500 gun, but if it has potential to be worth something some day, I wouldn’t plan on shooting it.

April 2, 2007 at 2:50 pm #30437Pockets,
DU can only sell guns that are new. DU guns don’t hold any value over a normal gun of the same model with the exception of a few + grade dinner guns.Holding onto the .22 for anything less than 100 yrs would be a waste of a good shooting rifleApril 2, 2007 at 2:50 pm #555916Pockets,

I already have 2 semi .22’s, and really don’t care to have a bolt action .22. Thanks for the info.

Thanks!April 5, 2007 at 7:59 pm #30557I’m in Golden Valley, MN. I can try to get a pic posted as soon as the cable company figures out how to run internet to my new place. It also has a MAX4HD DU soft case. I probably did close to $200 in work for the guy, so I’m open to all offers.
