gun safe

    Does anyone have any guidance on gun safes? i would like to purchase one but have heard different arguments on the fire resistant/proof models and their effectiveness. My main concern is keeping the kids safe, and then my guns in good condition (moisture, etc.). I’m not out to see how much $$ I can spend. I was wondering if anyone has purchased a $200’ish model and what they’ve used for moisture/humidity control?? That $$ range wouldn’t get me a fire resistant. How wise is that?

    I am thinking that for a decent one you are gonna spend four numbers not three. I am looking for one too and I think it is coming down to one of the Cabelas safes.

    Last year I received a flyer in the mail that gave you $25 off of a purchase of $100 and $50 off purchase of $200 up to a $150 0ff a purchase of $500 or more . That is the deal I have been waiting for the last ten months for.
