Will a terrova minnkota connect to my Lowrance fs7 elite 3-1 transducer. Or will it work fine without being hooked up to a fish finder. Really don’t want to buy a Humminbird mega too.

Depends on what year. I used to have a Lowrance graph attached to a Terrova. I don’t know which year that ended.

I do to. It’s still a universal ducer isn’t it? Just needing the right adapter cable?

mine is a 2020 unit I believe. Elite FS 7 3-1 Active Imaging transducer if that helps.
dougie I will look up that cable, thanks.

I looked it up and it says ELite ti and HDS. Is that the same cable I would need?

I just bought a new Terrova and I am using it with a old Lowrance X125 and it works great. I bought the MKR-US2-10 cable for it.

    David,
You’ve mentioned the Lowrance transducer a couple times, and it being active imaging. The US2 or the Mega Imaging transducer on the Terrova will not provide the imaging capabilities that your Lowrance can do. You’ll only get 2D sonar readings. To get the active imaging capabilities out of your Lowrance unit you’ll have to attached the transducer onto the bottom of the Terrova and run the wire up the exterior of the shaft.
