This new announcer sucks.

Didn’t know anybody even watched them

I think they’re going to have a better season than the Wild.

Love the wolves. So glad we have some quality programming to watch

its a very tight group us wolves fans. we have been through some disappointing years. Glen has made some very bad decisions but has never been afraid of spending money to win unlike the other pro teams in MN. new ownership has backed up the Brinks truck so it is an exciting time.
nice win tonight to start the year and Rudy carried the team in his first day playing. I see Karl hasn’t grown up over the offseason, still crying like a baby when things don’t go his way.
Target center was sold out so there are plenty of people watching in house and at home. This is the best pro sports team in MN………..FACTS.

Rudy won that game. He played great. Had great stats and so many plays that didn’t show up in the box score. Mcdaniels played pretty well too. OKC is a bad team but it was a good sign we won despite poor shooting nights by towns and KAT

Whoa whoa there hold on. I wouldn’t call myself a dedicated Wolves or even a serious basketball fan in general, but when they are at least competitive or a playoff team, I’ll pay some attention. And I can tell you that hasn’t happened more than about twice in the past 15 years.

The Vikings, Twins, and Wild have all posted at least somewhat competitive teams during that span and the Wolves have not. FACT.

That being said, I did watch a fair portion of the game last night and I think they will hit the over on Vegas over/under season win total of 49. Didn’t realize how big Gobert was. He is like a giant ape out there lol

The TWolves are the worst and most dysfunctional sports team in MN, actual fact. They should have a decent season this year, but until they do something in the postseason tournament they are on the same list as the Twins for me. I’ll pay attention once they earn it. Thinking the Twolves will have a Conference Championship level season is akin to thinking the Twins will win Free Agency, Beat the Yankees, or win a post season series (fyi that’s what happens when you win 3 or 4 postseason games, in one series Pohlad Pocket Protectors).
