I know this is an odd place to list something like this, but figured it couldn’t hurt. A couple weeks back I had to do a warranty replacement on the DS1815+ we use for our small home business. Synology was backlogged and wasn’t able to ship a replacement immediately so I had a to purchase another Synology unit to use while we waited for this warranty unit to arrive.
This unit was received, existing RAM upgrade transferred over (now 6GB) and then booted for about 6hrs to confirm functional. I did this solely to be sure I wouldn’t be selling a defective unit.
This unit is spotless. 10/10
Can provide copy of email showing warranty replacement date to prove age of unit.
Will include all parts that come with a new unit:
-Ethernet cable
-power cord
-2.5″ drive screws
-keys for lockable drive bays
Willing to toss in a 4TB and 2TB drive as well if buyer would like them.
