With all this talk about pool 4 I was hopeing that someone whould be heading down there and has a open seat. I’d be more than willing to share the cost of bait and gas. I’ve only been to pool 4 once and it was a really tough bite. I’d really like to see this place when they are really chomping and it looks like this weekend may be the time. Just a little about myself. Although I’m not a pro I have done a fair amount of fishing. I just thought I throw that in so you knew I’d not be a total project. Feel free to PM me if you have a open seat you care to share.

By the way I’d be more that willing to exchange a Bass trip ( Not sure if useing that word will hurt me more than help ) outing on a Metro lake in exchange for the outing

Joking, don’t have a boat to float anyway.

Hope you make it up…I’ll be in the bait shop, make sure you say HI!

Just don’t want you to get your hopes set too high…

This is not the “chomping” time of the year with water temp in the 30s…and most fish still wintering in the scour hole below the dam.

New melt off water will be 33 degrees inspite of 45-50 air temps…Get out there, get your “feet wet” so to speak and have FUN! What fish you catch will be a bonus… if you hook em in 40 fow please bring them up S L O W L Y so they don’t blow their bladders out their throats…

Unless the Scour hole is where the person I’m fishing with decides to go I’d never bother fishing it. I don’t care how slow you reel fish up from 40 Ft + they are not going to live. I don’t need a few small Sauger that bad!!!!

Sorry, can’t help you there either…but I can scoop your minnows!

Just don’t leave them in the bait shop, I charge extra to deliver to the dock.

I’m told there never was a better Minnow scooper either. I’d be honored to have you scoop my minnows.

PS There’s a $1.00 surcharge if you want a dozen…no extra charge by the scoop.

This weekend only! Free water with any scoop of Fatheads!!
