    I had a friend back out this afternoon and the usuals are all working. I plan on trying some new water north of Taylor falls for the day. Looks like decent weather for opener for once.

    Be sure to launch at the Lions Park over on the Wisconsin side. Very nice launch there.

    I have Nelson’s landing in mind. I have spent some time from hwy 70 to Nelson’s but would like to check it out further upriver.
