For sale is a used 25″ lower unit off of a 2012 Suzuki DF 115hp.
It is in very good condition. It has no skeg damage, a straight propshaft and is complete from driveshaft to the propshaft.
There are some some paint scratches on the gearcase and skeg and the skeg has the paint on the lower tip removed as if it were drug though sand.
I bought this item with the intent of using it for parts to repair the 20″ lower unit on my 115hp Johnson 4 stroke.
I recently found a direct replacement for my boat motor and no longer have a need for this one.
It is a drop in for all years DF90 and DF115 outboards. It will work on the early DF140 but has a higher gear ratio, 2009 and later DF140’s have the same ratio.
I bought it for $1350 and would like to get somewhat close to that for it. Still open to offers tho…
