Does anyone have any ideas how to get my strikemaster 40v auger to sit over/on-top of the wheel well in my SUV? That is the only place i can put it, but I need it to be supported so it doesn’t bang into other things.

With a milk crate and bungee cords you can do about anything. grin

Does Strikemaster make a carry bag for it? I bought one for my Ion and it helps it stay put. Plus the auger flites wont get dinged up if it rolls into something or the flites won’t damage anything else.

Would an Otter auger tube possibly help?

Can you pull the seat belts out all the way and use them?
Assuming they are ceiling mount and not built into the shoulder of the seat back.

I have an Ion electric auger w the quick release. So I remove the auger from the head while driving in my Ford Explorer. I move the front passenger seat forward and put the Ion head on the floor behind the seat. I stand the auger next to the head. My flip over takes up most of the space in the back of my Explorer and this approach keeps the Ion safe and not banging around. Hope this helps.
