    Do you know where they get their sunfish from and are they true sunfish? I ask because I loved the Pan-Fried Sunnies at Cowboy Jacks, but always wondered if they were truly a sunfish. They had the skin on and looked like bluegill.

    If I could have a fish farm it would be for sunnies. I don’t understand why they aren’t farmed and sold in stores and restaurant. Maybe their size and growth rate don’t make it feasible? But someone is doing it for Shiner and CBJs?
