    135# of summer sausage and it’s done woot . It was crazy dealing with it when the winds picked up and the temperature dropped. It took me 31 hours to get to 152° internal temp. 18 hrs of smoke.

    Smells good and looks good. peace

    Ain’t that wind and dropping temps fun to deal with? lol

    I look at that picture and can almost smell the sausage. Sure looks good bud!
