I have a pair of Striker Ice Second Skin gloves. Awesome gloves, but the seam on one of the fingers was coming apart. I contacted Striker through their website about this issue and after a short while they replied asking for my date of purchase. I forwarded the receipt to them and then they followed up asking for my name, mailing info etc and glove size. I sent that and they replied saying they processed an order for a new pair and that they’d go out yet that day. The new pair of gloves was at my door the next day. Fantastic customer service! Just wanted to share my experience here.

I had the exact opposite. My climate bibs had the seams blow out on one leg when they were about a month old. Sent them pictures and they told me it looked like abuse. I said I wore them about 15 times always up and down on my knees. What else would you expect. They I recieved no more emails. And a bunch of pointless phone calls later. Nothing happened.
The seamstress down the road fixed them for 22 dollars

A feel good story on Valentines Day. grin

Bearcat, that will be $22 well spent as the work is likely better then you ever could have gotten by getting them replaced. I wonder……where does China order their thread from?? ???

Yeah, their customer service is spot on. When they do it, they do it.
